Happy New Year to all!!!

Hello my dear friends, by now have arrived at the end of this year!!! So many things are happened, things beautiful others less, of the UFOs in more in the closet, a lot of job in the hospital, a broken leg for my child, an adorable family and so many friends in more time I have.

I would like to wish a good year 2007 all of you, friends of the blog, it is full of happiness, health and satisfactions  :))))))

And above all of leisure time LOL, in reality is always so few!!!

Christmas Time!

I love really the Christmas. It is one magic period for me, and to see the joy in the eyes of children is a very beautiful thing. The main point is to make to understand to them that the Christmas is not only gift to be found under to the tree but it is more something.
I hope that they has understood the true value. The only trouble is that it passes so in hurry :))))
We have spent a serene Christmas, even if I in the afternoon was of turn to the hospital, sometimes this can happen, but it is my job and me love it. 






I received some beautiful gifts, indeed! My preferred perfume (thanks my love! )
a wrapping of aromatic tea, a book, a soap bath, two mini tablecloth for the breakfast but the gifts that I have appreciated a lot they have been, a box for the sewing and a purse the nordic style.

Now, misses really few to the Christmas. Here in the house the children are electrified, today the school and them is concluded they will be on vacation up to the day 7 of January. Great fortune for them!
In the house we have ended to prepare the decorations, we have cooked some biscuits, sent the last postcards of wishes.
They is now, waiting with impatience the arrival of Santa Claus :))))
The Christmas is really the most beautiful period of the year!!!

 This is the photo of a quilt that I made the last Christmas for one dear friend of mine. This year me decided to do something for her kitchen.
I don't know, a doll-bag also brings perhaps like this in the following photos.
Now I believe that will depend from how much time to disposition I will have in the next days!

Santa Lucia

Today,13 December, is celebrated Santa Lucia. I wish all the Lucy's of the world :))))
In Italy, particularly way in the regions of the north, we celebrate Santa Lucia.
It brings the gifts the children and it is known as the protectress of the sight of the eyes.

Siggies

I have also ended a small purse in felt for Alice, it was happy to show it, also because the heart to the center has done it it with its small hands.
Indeed a beautiful job!

I had already been having for a lot of time of the siggies withdrawn by to do. Today has been a very intense day but I imposed me to do some of it. They had already been waiting for a long time. Then I ended also of the under pot from kitchen, this it will be a gift of Christmas.Ohh!!!! The days too quickly pass and I have, still, a lot of things to be done.

Pincushion Swap

This morning I found in my mail a beautiful surprise! A great envelope arrived from USA. I participated in the Pincushion Swap, in this swap we had different partners instead of giving back to the person who gave to us.To the inside I found: a scissor, of the ribbons, an embroidered handkerchief, a mini set from bag for the sewing, a Christmas decoration, a glimmering pen, mini albums to be color, of the candies and naturally a beautiful pincushion with of the as many beautiful decorated pins.
Great!!! For me Saint Claus has arrived in advance:))))

Christmas decoration

As from tradition yesterday we have made the tree of Christmas. The children are always very enthusiastic of this! For them it is a party, the tree, the decorations, to prepare the cookies, to open the windows of the calendar of the Advent. And is a joy to see them!

New love

My new love!!! I found by chance to a fair the workmanship of the felt and me I remained curious from it. I wanted to learn to make a simple thing, I made a bookmark. Here is I put some photos, what do you think you?

Advent Calendar

Yes I know; is a lot of time that I don't write but in these days I am really hocked!
Mattia, my greatest child, continuous with the fisio-therapy, it is really very good! Alice,my small daughter, is preparing the performance for the Christmas, it is so excited!!!
Begins to breathe air of Christmas in the house, we have begun to prepare some sweet, and some decoration appears here and her.
I really love the Christmas!
