Bye bye, summer!

Ohh yes, I believe that the summer by now it has gone away. This night, there has been a cold wind from north and the temperature it has lowered; this morning us took a sweater I set.
I believe that it doesn't miss very to turn on the fireplace :))) I love the autumn, it has some beautiful colors, the air is fresher and we leave again with new projects to do!

OH how pretty :) I've never seen one of the red and white mushrooms in person but they are so cute! Your scarecrow is awesome! xoxo melzie

The red spotted mushroom looks like it belongs in a fairy tale, like elves must live under it!

Simonetta,
I am thinking that you have some ladies that would like to see you make a quilted wall-hanging of a red and white mushroom! Just a thought. Loved the scarecrow. Do they celebrate Halloween in Italy? I have purchased some Halloween fabrics for my stash and will probably make something for next year. I will write you later and fill you in on all that is going on with me.

Mmmm - your photo makes me think of one of my favorite snacks - heisse maronis (hot roasted nuts) in Austria. Yummy! Yup, fall is here.

Cheers!

So wonderful to see your photos of the signs of fall in autumn. Aren't taking photos of Mother Nature fun!? Thanks for your comments on my blog also.
