Siggies

I have also ended a small purse in felt for Alice, it was happy to show it, also because the heart to the center has done it it with its small hands.
Indeed a beautiful job!

I had already been having for a lot of time of the siggies withdrawn by to do. Today has been a very intense day but I imposed me to do some of it. They had already been waiting for a long time. Then I ended also of the under pot from kitchen, this it will be a gift of Christmas.Ohh!!!! The days too quickly pass and I have, still, a lot of things to be done.

Pincushion Swap

This morning I found in my mail a beautiful surprise! A great envelope arrived from USA. I participated in the Pincushion Swap, in this swap we had different partners instead of giving back to the person who gave to us.To the inside I found: a scissor, of the ribbons, an embroidered handkerchief, a mini set from bag for the sewing, a Christmas decoration, a glimmering pen, mini albums to be color, of the candies and naturally a beautiful pincushion with of the as many beautiful decorated pins.
Great!!! For me Saint Claus has arrived in advance:))))

Christmas decoration

As from tradition yesterday we have made the tree of Christmas. The children are always very enthusiastic of this! For them it is a party, the tree, the decorations, to prepare the cookies, to open the windows of the calendar of the Advent. And is a joy to see them!

New love

My new love!!! I found by chance to a fair the workmanship of the felt and me I remained curious from it. I wanted to learn to make a simple thing, I made a bookmark. Here is I put some photos, what do you think you?

Advent Calendar

Yes I know; is a lot of time that I don't write but in these days I am really hocked!
Mattia, my greatest child, continuous with the fisio-therapy, it is really very good! Alice,my small daughter, is preparing the performance for the Christmas, it is so excited!!!
Begins to breathe air of Christmas in the house, we have begun to prepare some sweet, and some decoration appears here and her.
I really love the Christmas!
Today 1 December, first day of Advent!!!Ok, considering that I write few I will undertake me to make a calendar of Advent a little personnel in the web:))) I will undertake me every day to add a Christmas link up to Christmas! What do you think of it you?

I have begun to think about the Christmas in the last days. The last month of October to Vicenza took place a beautiful fair, me of it approffittai to capture some nice idea for the next Christmas:)))
In that occasion I made to make some purchase :))))

 
I was not able not to purchase any magazines, fabrics, some decoration.

Yes I know him, I have been absent for some time,I have had some problems with my Pc and his connection to internet! My goodness, I didn't see the time that this returned to work, I felt me cut out, I am happy when I can visit my friends of blog:)))
I have had a lot of movement in these days:)))) Sinned the little time to sew.
Mattia, my greater child is recovering very well, it does physiotherapy three times a week. Its leg is repaired entirely, it now has to recover the movement.
We have made a beautiful party of halloween, the occasion was the birthday of Alice the smallest daughter.The children have had a lot of fun for this ;))) even if in Italy it is not tradition the to celebrate Halloween we have decorated the house the preceding week. Ghosts, witches, spiders and cobwebs that dangled ohhh yes, the fun was insured!!!

Yesterday I have found a pleasant surprise in my mail! A beautiful Postcard from Sweden. It was really nice and I was really happy:)))) Thank you so much,Joolz :))))))
I like a lot the Postcards, I am an a little been sorry when they must be lost. This can sometimes happen; last month I sent out two postcards but them I am not still reached destination!

The pain to the back also prevents me to be to sew, but I have ended a new table runner for the table, even if it has not succeeded very well, patience:)))) 

Hi to everybody. I have been a few distant from my PC lately, but my back is painful in this period. My job doesn't help to be better, it is heavy. The position to be in front of the pc is for me painful and is for this motive that I have not adjourned my blog. 
But I have made some photos, we have gone to walk in the wood and we have picked up the chestnuts. Mattia, my greater child has remained home with the grandparent because it is not able still to walk, it uses the clothes hanger and then has waited us to house.It was not too much happy for this but it is recovering very well, indeed.

This is the scarecrow that I made last year. This year I am preparing a tablerunner with some pumpkins, I hope to end soon it because the pains to my back they makes him feel : (((
 

Bye bye, summer!

 Ohh yes, I believe that the summer by now it has gone away. This night, there has been a cold wind from north and the temperature it has lowered; this morning us took a sweater I set.
I believe that it doesn't miss very to turn on the fireplace :))) I love the autumn, it has some beautiful colors, the air is fresher and we leave again with new projects to do!

Pincushion

I believe to have a some feverish form for the pincushions. I am strongly attracted verse them, really. They likes to do them, to manufacture them, to give them..... Is it perhaps the case that I begin a collection???

I have not sewn this week, there has not been indeed the time, only a postcard for a friend. And' slipped away a very busy week, but I have worked to sweater and I have almost ended a soft scarf.
The inspiration has arrived to me looking at the blog of Dana, http://deeprundays.blogspot.com/ it is making a beautiful poncho, is very good!
Tomorrow we will have the orthopedic control for Mattia, I cross the fingers and I hope for everything ok!

My Birthday day

Who is this baby? Bhe here to say the truth that child today it turns 38 years old and it doesn't seem me true that this whole time has passed already.
I didn't want to put on the blog this, but my husband told me: " To thing it serves otherwise a diary? "
Today nothing of detail, apart of the beautiful flowers from my husband and a lot of phone calls.
The last of one old aunt of mine has done so that me I burned the cake that was in the oven , grrr, luckily that it is still edible! :)))))

Autumn

And' already arrival the autumn?! Today has been on classical Sunday in autumn, has kept on raining and we have remained home on the couch to watch the beautiful movies and to eat chocolate :))))

Quilts for Leukemia

Turning in the blogses in this week I found by chance the blog of Hedgehog http://lifesaquilt.blogspot.com/ and my attention was attracted by two blocks red and white. I read that it participated with a French lady to a project on the search for leukemia. I went to see his blog: http://dordognequilter.blogspot.com/ . I thought to when I worked in the department of pediatrics and to all the children that suffered from this illness. This way I contacted Clare and me I made these 2 blocks. Tomorrow morning they will take the road for France :))))
I believe that together us quilters we can do a lot :))) Thanks Clare!

Gift

Hello to everybody.
Thanks to all for the wishes to Mattia. It is well, it doesn't even seem is operated to the femur, if it were that it has to be on the baby carriage
It is reading quite a lot books, we say that he is giving fund to the bookstore and all the books that he had received the last Christmases :)))))
It loves a lot the books, it is a snoop for nature, but it is not some one child that is on the books, rather it loves a lot to be to the open one, to walk, to build, to be in the middle of the nature.
It is a good child! For Mattia, in these days, Christmas has arrived. The grandparents, uncles and friends have come to find to find him and all have brought some gift; books, puzzles, dvd and a lot of candy.
It has exclaimed" Mamy, is not so much evil to break themselves a leg, then all come you to find and they make you the gifts! "
I believe to have learned to memory the sentences of the film " The chronicles of Narnia!" :))))

PostCard

This is the last Postcard that I received. I found her among the mail to my reentry to house. I love doing and to receive postcards. Has it been me expeditious from Martina, it is not attractive? I love a lot the sunflowers and to find her in the mail has been a pleasant surprise.

What an adventure!!!!

Hi to all!!!!
Let's be again in house but more than a vacation have not spent an adventure!!!
Perhaps it is the case to say misadventure; a third day of vacation we decided to go out with the bicycle, unfortunately after having made few meters has started suddenly raining.
While in a line of descent Mattia, my greater child, is strongly fallen to earth making up for a fracture of the femur!!! Ohh my God that great fear!!!! It has immediately been brought in the hospital and operated with urgency. Luckily that the operation has gone very good and Mattia has been very brave and good!!!! Ohh it is really a fantastic child, after a week of hospital we have reentered in Italy.
Today the examinations of control have been performed and it seems that everything is all right.
I am really happy even if Mattia will have to be firm for other three weeks and subsequently with a lot of patience to recover with a good rehabilitation :))))
Our fortune has been to have found a good hospital with a good department of sporting trauma because this zone of the Tirol, in Austria, it is a famous skiing station and very frequented in winter. This is the zone: http://www.st.johann.tirol.at/ while this is the hospital: http://www.khsj.at/ .
I believe that it needs to take the life with a pinch of philosophy and to learn to also look at the positive sides, I am often repeated me: and if had gone worse of this way?
This makes us understand that it will be a good motive to return them next year for our vacations:))))
